Abraham put Faith in Jehovah

When Jehovah asked him to take his only begotten Son by Sarah his wife up the mountain and offer him up as a sacrifice to Jehovah. Abraham was putting Faith in Jehovah’s ability to resurrect Isaac from the dead if he did offer him up.

In the Resurrection on Earth, Abraham will Learn that Jehovah had put faith in him when He asked Abraham to offer up Isaac, to his honor, Jehovah had Faith Abraham would go through with it to the finish . In this prophetic parallel Abraham represented Jehovah God who would put faith in His only begotten Son Jesus who would perfectly represent His Father Jehovah God and allow Himself to be put to death for our sins.

Jehovah put Faith in Abraham

Today Jehovah God exercises faith in over 8 million of His Witnesses to fulfill their commission given at Matthew 28 verses 19-20 :”Go, therefore, and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you. And look! I am with you all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.”
This work had to be done before the fulfillment of Matthew 24 verse 14
“And this good news of the Kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.”
Today we offer up our sacrifice to the Honor of our Heavenly Father Jehovah.
